Last Saturday I was found unconscious and unrsponsive by my husband on the floor of the bathroom and he called 911. Emt's came tried to revive me didn't help had shallow breathing in ambulance and they bagged me..tried to put in breathing tube but bit EMt..Poor kid... at hospital did all kinds of tests and did put in breathing tube... I woke up on Sun..in Neuro ICU with tube down my throat and nurse telling me to breathe...while rubbing my chest... got tube out sounded like "Barry White" which wouldn't so bad but I am 5'2" and a woman... moved to Trauma ICU cause no bed in regualr room...then docs ran more test...alll the while even though paralyzied on right side kept telling them what it was and that it was only tempary...been thru it for years part of condition HM...so they ignore me...and hubby and run MRI and EEG and find nothing go home Monday...am left shaking cause this was bad and scared everyone...came out of the blue...and now I an afraid it is gonna happen again like before... Yes I am depressed and hubby wants me to snap back to how it was before which was great...but I feel betrayed by body like never before and like something was stolen from me but don't know what...Of course wetting the bed 4 times cause I couldn't control it didn't help my dignity but I don't think that is it.

I went through a time of severe anxiety. I went for months with almost no sleep. If I stayed home I would go crazy. My head was spinning, my ears where ringing, my body was shaking and I was just so so tired. I would go to work but I couldn't do anything I was totally non functional. This went on for about three months before I was diagnosed properly and got the right help. It took over 2 years until I was normal again. How did I get through it? "Faith". If you believe in God this is the time to have him at your side to help you along the way. If you don't believe in God this is a good time to give God a chance. Hang in there it will get better.

a very rare disorder similar to MS ( multiple scelrosis) but doesn't have the damage... their are balance and gait issues.... motor and corrodination problems...thought processes...(spell is my friend) and slurred speech...but this episode was beyond what me or hubby thought was possible...it was horrible and frieghtening beyond anything I have ever had with HM... it stand for Hemiplegic( meaning it affects one half of the body) Migraine ( but it can like in my case not have headache pain associated with it.) Only 3 percent of the population has it.

Definitely scary. Worse than what I have been through and I have dealt with severe anxiety attacks and PVC's. Brain stem disorder...? Again..please check out the web site I gave you.

Anxiety attacks are so out of the blue aren't they...a nurse one time said to "stick your head in the freezer" I thought she was kidding...she wasn't and it works...go figure. It kinda snaps your brain back into alignment...but since I can't take a freezer in my car I won't drive anymore...lol I will hubby was sick today so I was tending to him...think he gots a sinus headache.
