I can't break up with a girl if my life depended on it. The first girl I just couldn't put up with anymore I just stopped talking to for a week and a half.

You have to say it. I dunno, maybe something like, "I'm sorry, but this is going nowhere, it's hard, but everything that's between us is over.". Just remember that she'll probably be extremely hurt, and she'll likely throw a tantrum at you, or someone else. Don't start dating right afterwards, it'll only make her heart broken even more. This is all the advice that I honestly think will work. Everything else, well, someone else might help you in that.
