I cant stop eating

I simply cant stopping eating very day i try and try but its no good it just push more junk in my mouth and if i think someone is watching I'll find a way to get away and push loads of chocolate in. If I'd not rushed of I may only have had one bar but no 2 or 3. I quit smoking a few years ago and that was easy compared to this. It doesnt help that have got an injury which I'm waiting for op on, but it means I cant walk very far or work out so i'm not buring anything off
