look up some yummy recipes most homemade fresh fruits and veggies can be made into dank salads, smoothies, and snacks I like and maybe go for a run if thats not your thing than take a few minutes a day and go up and down your stairs until you get sweatty. Drink lots of water and dont eat a lot just eat not to be rude :) I love food and love to cook and am in good shape and thats because i do a little interwebs surfing to enjoy eating healthy yet yummily! Any processed food is going to be waaay worse for you than a homemade treat made from scratch :)

    good luck!

You are on the right track. Another good piece of advice is maybe to try and show self sufficiency by making your own meals. Maybe your family will leave you alone, but it seems like they actually want you gaining too. You definitely won't die from it, though.
