i love my mom but this summer i haven't been doing much this summer so i been home alot and my mom been cooking alot and alot and i can't say no to eating cause its rude in my family but i just looked on the scale and i gained about 20 ibs this summer from 110 to 130 and i'm not happy im a little chubby now and my jeans and my shirts make my stomach look fatter becaue i only wear tight shirts now when school im a be called chubby bunny cause my friend just seen me and started everyone saying =.= its sooooo annoying i want to lose weight but also tell my mom stop feeding me fating foods and junk

look up some yummy recipes most homemade fresh fruits and veggies can be made into dank salads,smoothies, and snacks I like Allrecipes.com and maybe go for a run if thats not your thing than take a few minutes a day and go up and down your stairs until you get sweatty. Drink lots of water and dont eat a lot just eat not to be rude :) I love food and love to cook and am in good shape and thats because i do a little interwebs surfing to enjoy eating healthy yet yummily! Any processed food is going to be waaay worse for you than a homemade treat made from scratch :)

You are on the right track. Another good piece of advice is maybe to try and show self sufficiency by making your own meals. Maybe your family will leave you alone, but it seems like they actually want you gaining too. You definitely won't die from it, though.
