when i was child i was so beautifuly lean( some would say skinny )  and felt so free
and independent, happy and unburdened with the world and its ideas. As i entered
puberty i gained some waight ( yeah, baby got curves )  but  now i just feel ashamed
and guilty if i eat too much. I am trying not to  act that way  ( tryng to eat regularly  and
healthy( a lot of veggies  and friuts ),but i skip meals ( usually brekfast and / or dinner :(  ))
cause i will give bad example to my little sister  ( i do not want her to be affraid of such as
minor thing as gaining  bit of weight ) . i know it sounds plain, but i am really affraid of being fat...
aAlthough i have just 124 lbs i fel like morbidly obese 300 lbs old woman. And i am just 18.
My life  is pretty happy , but that little problem is eating me up.

Don't feel that you are to blame for this self-image or weight problem. Nutritional disinformation is everywhere. Eating "healthy" (mostly vegetables) will not help you lose weight, it will wreck your metabolism and appetite and thus your health. So will skipping meals and eating small quantities of food. Please consider eating a low-carb diet. Track your calorie intake at the beginning until you are used to it, then you can rely on your appetite alone. Make sure you eat the full amount of fat, protein and calories that is recommended for your height, build, and age. It will take some effort to accept that the food is good for you because of cultural conditioning. I have had tremendous personal success with low-carb and I had many of the same thoughts that you have. That is all in the past for me now. Best wishes!
