About 20 minutes ago, I found out that the one person that I'm in love with has found someone new. We've been broken up for less than two days. Who moves on that fast!? I can't believe this...I've been shaking since I found out. I don't know what to do. I feel like I'm going to do something I'm going to regret. I can't live like this. He knows how I feel, but I guess he doesn't care. All of this was a slap in the face. What do I do? What can I do? I don't want to hurt myself, but I have a feeling that's what I'm going to do...

    Don't hurt yourself hun!!! Trust me it doesn't help you! Maybe at the time but after it happens you feel itant regret... He's obviously an idiot that had no feelings to women
