Your ego will tell you that you are this or that and it's YOU who did things you may not be so proud of. It will have you convinced that you are not good enough, that you have to do this or that in order to receive love.

Your ego will do whatever it can, however long it takes to keep you from knowing the truth of who you are.

It will pull all the punches telling you that just because you have your feet in both worlds, that you are crazy, that you need to numb yourself. That you deserve everything in life that has happened to deter you from your real purpose, it will keep you busy in self analyzing yourself and others until finally one day you decide enough is enough.

You go about searching for the tools to find happiness whether it be in your Maker or others who seem to have figured it out. Sweet relief but only for awhile, once again you find yourself back in doubt.

Then one day you happen upon words such as these which tells you the kingdom lies within. Work on yourself and then go about making every decision in a big picture sort of way. How does this affect me and how will it affect others for the greater good? When those two variables match, ye shall be transformed.

R I P ego, thank you for your role, now you must go. All that is left is love for yourself and all you see before you.

Great thoughts! The ego serves the self, the Spirit serves the Kingdom. Go with the spirit and may the force be with you!
