They used to rub together when I walked, but now they dont move as they are STUCK..... weight just seems to go onto my upper thigh area really easily and even though I walk everywhere it doesnt exercise my thighs because they literally dont move because of their size....what can I do? (Non surgical answers please!)

Im embarassed to admit it....sitting down, they look terrible as the fat spreads right out...they jiggle...and are just disgusting....Im a size 16 (uk size) but Im sure my thighs have never been this big before....I do cycle and dance too...but nothing I do seems to help...if I lose weight it comes off my boobs :(

    I have a thigh problem too. :( I look like someone squeezed all of my fat into the hip/***/thigh area and since the rest of my body is relativity petite, I feel it doesn't fit my type at all. Try biking or swimming, and keep in mind that exercise like dance or biking can make you lose weight in that area, but also make you gain muscle, which can make thighs appear bulky too. Your fat may not all be fat.
