I'm a teen mom with barely any time to breath its always work and home work and home and when I'm at home my son is practically glued to my butt because he never lets me leave after he see's me get home from work ... Is it wrong to take advantage of when he is sleeping so I can get some me stuff done.

    Just means your being a good mom finally?would'nt want him bonding with anyone else now have you...I'm a stay at home mom,and my kids are not as attatched to me because I just tend to dump them off on everybody.(at least so they say)

    I'm sure your a great mom.... my parents say I must be doing something wrong for him to be so attached as he is I always thought that is how its suppose to be

    Your parents are wrong. If your son does not form attachments, how can he learn how to relate with people? You work and go to school, so he gets what time he can with you when he can. He loves you, and there is never anything wrong with that. What is wrong is when foolish people believe that there is such a thing as too much love. As hateful and cruel as this world is, more love is exactly what we all need.
