Im lifting something or bending down reaching and my nipple pops out of my bra and is exposed to all those around me. So embarrassing.

    Ha ha :P, as saw couple of comments that enjoy the moment , and for real it just happen so just pick a stick and pick with it the stuff that fall on floor so no more nipple get out, as i always find a way to figure things out :P.
