We all have those days. Where we feel fat, or ugly or like we can't do anything right. It's as if life is trying to tear us down and we have to get up all by ourselves and prove to the world that you aren't going to keep me down. Yet sometimes that is one of the toughest things to do. It's easy just staying down and feeling bad about yourself. The real test of strength is to show that yeah, life may bring me down sometimes but I'm not going to let it keep me there. There are just so many days in our lives and we get so much time on this earth that we shouldn't spend it all down in the dumps. We should rejoice, laugh, have fun, be with the people we love and care about and just experience life. With all of its ups and downs, all of the adventures and make mistakes but learn from them to become a better version of ourselves.

Today I am kind of having a rough day, it is one of those days that proves  that you are growing up. You may not feel like you are but there are little things that prove you are. Some of these things have brought me down, but I shouldn't let that stop me from living my life. From exploring and being adventurous and learning about everything. From the things you learn in school to the things you can't-like life, love and happiness. I'm not saying that it is easy to pick yourself up because the truth of the matter is that it isn't. What I am saying is that it's worth it. You shouldn't spend all of your days feeling sad, you should feel happy. And I know that sometimes it is good to feel sad, it's healthy but you shouldn't stay sad forever. If you are having a bad day today, whatever it may be that is upsetting you, just remember that it may be tough now, but it won't always be. Try being around someone that always makes you happy or try expressing your emotions in any way that helps just to get it out. And remember, it will get better. Who knows, you could go to sleep tonight feeling like the world is crumbling around you and wake up in the morning with a whole new outlook on life and realize it really isn't that bad. That you are stronger than you thought and you can make it through this. And if you can make it through this, you can make it through anything.
