Overhearing my Mum telling my auntie over the phone how well I am doing with my diet and how she admires my determination (I lost a stone since June and I look and feel much better for it).

I'm well chuffed!!!

A stone is about 7 kilos... and chuffed is British for proud. lol

good.. i was thinking you had a hard time passing a heavy kidney stone recently and and now you were chuffed or exhausted from the effort!!!
