Ask for help, losing weight is very very difficult. The younger you lose it the happier you'll be.

    Diet and exercise.

I capped at 265 when I started going to a gym, and am now about 213lbs (still overweight, but in much better health than I have been) (full disclosure: I no longer go to a gym, but I do more work around the house and have improved my dietary habits with the help of my wife - the gym was still a huge part of getting started for me, though)

What sorts of food are you eating? Make a list of what you're eating every day for a week, and don't cheat - everything that you eat goes on the list. Revisit the list, use some calorie tools to figure out how much you're bringing in, and research how much you should be bringing in at your age. Check the nutritional values of what you're eating - make sure you're getting vitamins and proteins and not just consuming carbs and fats.

How do you spend a typical day? Do you spend most/all of your time sitting or stationary? Start adding some physical activity to your day. It can and will be hard at first, but the key is to stick with it. Keep in mind, it can take weeks to adjust to such a routine, and months to see significant results, but keeping at it is what will make the difference.

Get someone whom you trust and respect to follow up with you on these changes. It's ten times harder to get something like this done alone.

Also consider speaking to your doctor. They can help you set up an exercise and diet plan to improve your health.

You should start by NOT hating yourself, and then you will treat yourself the way you deserve - stop punishing yourself and start making little changes to improve your life

Dont hate yourself , it will be hard for you to deal with your real problem-the fat...

hating our-self will lower down our self esteem....

work out, do exercise, eat balance diet, try gym...work hard because its hard to lose fat...

But still, enjoy and appreciate your life :)
