I envy you people and your fancy therapists. I'm usually left to deal with my bullshit on my own, since I don't share too much with anyone. I only get one perspective, but at least it's a decent one.

    I kind of have to agree. The only time I've ever been able to go to therapy was right after my brother died, and that was only because it was a traumatic death and the therapist agreed to do it pro bono. I only went for about a month before my mother felt guilty for not being able to pay anything and pulled me out, even though he offered to keep it going. Maybe one day I'll have another chance. Until then, we always have strangers on the internet, right?

    Yeah. Sometimes I have an easier time trusting them than people I know because they're less likely to judge, and the anonymity is nice. I just don't give any details that could help them identify me if I'm sharing anything private.
