Awwww, honey c'mere. Someone needs a hug!
-
I understand how you feel and most importantly when you do have time with him ... hug him dearly. I feel for you and I can relate to that. Thanks for sharing this.

You'd just have to accept it then , he's working hard for the family and you shouldn't add on more to his stress than he already has :)
-
And you have no idea how much stress he is facing if he has to work in the nights1 more reply -
I've been marrried 32 years to a man who now works at night! I've never been so happy! No snoring, no blanket stealing, no threat of sex...LOL But, that's just me after the marital fray of decades together. I used to feel like you do so I empathize.

get a job working the same hours as him, live your live on the same time line

it is most severe.
i hate sleeping alone.
always did.
my ex worked full-time nights.
he loved it that way.
sleeping when i was up. awake when i was not.
one of the many reasons why we are not together anymore
cuddling pillows helps. taking herbal teas with passion flowers helps. even dogs or small children cuddling helps. but nothing replaces him next to you ever.
is he going to be on nights forever?
what will you settle for?
only you can sleep alone. only you can suffer. only he can change it. hugsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss...... -
Wonderful! :) -
Thank you for the insight, never knew the effect I was having on a loved one left at home during my night shifts.
