I am the most socially inept. I have no friends and get afraid of crowds and groups.

Find a partner that also enjoy a quiet life, you'll be ok!

I was diagnosed with social anxiety too, honestly my anxiety might not be as much as yours, but as a child it was worse. Took me some time, but after awhile it got easier for me to talk to people. I don't find myself sweating, or clenching my chair as much as I used to. :)

Yeah totally! :) and sometimes when I'm talking to someone (with one of my friends even) I feel really aprehensive, and self conscience :(. I think sometimes people can notice when I'm feeling that way because they get kinda quiet, or start acting differently.
