If you get any good advice, let me know. I am the exact same way. I USED to have good days and bad days but since my last breakup its all been one long bad day.

Honestly, the tool I found most useful was self-hypnosis: after reading a book on it, I made a tape of suggestions to build my self-confidence, and fell asleep listening to it every night for several months, and it helped me immensely. Sounds loopy, I know, but think - most of why you feel so badly about yourself is because your internal dialogue, the voice in your head, repeats negative thoughts and emotions over &over, so you convince yourself of their truth. This sort of re-programming yourself is a way of counter-acting that.
Oh and BTW if that is a photo of you, you look quite lovely enough to make anyone else happy to have you in their life.
