I was recently suicidal,but I'm returning to the mental hospital beacuse I cut my ******G hand up,I have to find
a better way to cope with my pain.

    hopefully you will confront what is eating you sooner than later. have you considered something physical.. like boxing or martial arts? good for the mind, emotions, body..

    it wont fix your heart but it will help your mind cope with it. try to feel better soon
