I've never been able to deal with any kind of stress. I always get worse with it when someone starts in on me about dealing with it. I've tried to bring it under control. But lately any stress has got my blood pressure up that I actually get dizzy from it. P.T.S.D. post tramatic stress disorder, having it makes it almost impossible to cope with day to day stress. I've learned how to live with it but for some reason lately it's been hard. I feel like I'm regressing after so much progression.

I know how you feel. I was diagnosed wtih ptsd when I was 15. Crazy I know, I had a really bad childhood. I had to cope with 6 years and still do. I am still very young, I just try to keep my head held high every day. I also have an anxiety and depression disorder. But yet, I have accomplished so much. Just think positive thought the best you can and stay busy.
