Hey EP'ers. I don't really know what all this is about, but there is something I want to get off my chest....

Few months back I had one man come into my life. A man so great I call him my Dad. For 11 years I lived off my own back. Done everything on my own and got into a whole lot of mess. This man helped me on so many levels, some of which I can't even put into words. This man is my life, my soul, my hero, my idol, my everything. My Dad.

I don't ever want to lose this man, If I lose him I don't know what I'd do. Our relationship right now is at breaking point. And I'm sooooo scared that we will lose what we have. 

I guess I'm trying to say never take anything for granted, never take advantage of things. No matter how big or small. If it means enough to you, embrace it and don't let go.

    Last year I went on a dating site(OKCupid) and met a girl there. She was funny, charming and incredibly smart. We talked on and off for a few months and she would often disappear for months. Never really hit it off with her.



    Then earlier this year we started talking in a regular basis and well, we got really really close. Still no spark between us, but wasnt needed because we have...we have this amazing warm and friendly relationship. She is the sister I always wanted but never had. Now I do. My closes confidante, my shoulder to cry on, my safety net. I love her so much.



    So I know how you feel. It is hard to find a close platonic relationship with people. It either turns out to be a pale friendship or a complicated romantic relationship. But finding someone whom you can love without any sexuality involved is truly rare and amazing. Its hard finding family. I'm glad you did. Just as I'm glad I did :)



    And I promise you, I wont take my sister for granted...

    I know it sounds cliche but, honestly, talk it out. Lay everything down so, even if it does end, you can say you did everything you could to try and save your relationship. I really hope it works out for you :)
