My house is a mess. The more depressed I get the less motivation I have to clean an organize it. It gives me anxiety just looking around. Can't figure out how and where to start....

    Just start with something small, it will make you feel a little better and accomplished =] You can work your way from there.

    Start with closet, sort your dirty clothers out and put them into washing machine, then you should clean afterparty dishes up and so gon on :)

    Just start. Cleaning relieves stress. Focus on one thing and one area at a time. Do the best you can in the task and you may find that you'll be feeling better about it in just a little while.
