Dont care anymore

All too well.

Just know that nothing is ever done for you without an expectation of return and nothing you ever do will ever be returned. Prioritize yourself but don't be a douche about it. Keep your moral values in mind and when you're completely free and done taking care of yourself, then you can help someone else. I've been through all this many years ago.

Funnily enough I came to the same conclusion last week. 2 friends storing their junk in my house because they were moving house. Daughter dumping a van on my front lawn and conveniently forgetting about it. Another friend asking if he could work on a van using my tools and dumping it outside my house for 3 days. I cracked.

I watched them all declare that they were off too parties/nights out etc. on facebook.

All oblivious to the disruption they were causing to my life whilst happily enjoying theirs. Oh how indignant were they they when I insisted that all stuff be taken away. What an inconvenience to their busy lives !!!

A few years ago something else happened very similar where everyone was just taking or expecting me to sort out their problems whilst I struggled.

BUT this time I decided to take a decision that I may or not be happy with. I started to clear my house of all clutter and look after number one instead of carrying those who think that I am their personal secretary or slave.

One saying sticks in my head. Its to do with famine.

If you send food aid you will feed them once and they will be back for more. Teach them to grow food and they will be able to look after themselves.

So that is what you have to do. Instead of helping them by repairing their car (for example) , show them how to do it. Point them in the right direction instead of taking them there.

I will say however that if you have found yourself in this position as I was that you really have to pat yourself on the back as it shows that you have the abilities to do things that half the dopes in this world can't !!!!
