Murder in a Dream | What does it mean when I dream about murder?

To see murder committed in your dreams, foretells much sorrow arising from the misdeeds of others. Affair will assume dulness. Violent deaths will come under your notice. If you commit murder, it signifies that you are engaging in some dishonorable adventure, which will leave a stigma upon your name. To dream that you are murdered, foretells that enemies are secretly working to overthrow you. [132] See Killing and kindred words.
To dream of murder means, that you could be cutting yourself off from a harmful relationship, or situation. This is because it has become harmful to you, if someone witnessed your murderous act, then this could be that you possibly have someone who shares your view, and they could help you figure this situation out by speaking with them. If the observer is someone form your past and you no longer are in contact with them, then observe what their relationship was to you, and how it reflects upon the situation you are trying to bury or finnish off (ie the connection of circumstances with the observer and your victim). It may be that this has happened before, and your still not adjusting properly to the situation. murdering dreams also are about negative feelings towards situations or people we have never met before, but if your witnessing a murder, or you are the murderer, and your victim is someone you dont know, there could be something symbolic about the person that you are dealing with. Least not to forget that dreams are personal, and individuals will differ on why they choose to resolve situations in this violent manner. But it usually is that it reflects the greatness in need to deal with the situation, and that if it is dealt with in the dream world, it is best there in this manner, than in reality. The resolution of a dram of murder, is to concentrate on the situation when you have had time enough to either think about it, and feel calm enough to not be too disturbed by it. Give the dream a title ie: the murdering of (whoever) dream. Then say aloud: 'I let go of the feelings and reasons for the dream of (dream title) and I choose to let go, I hold onto it no longer.'
