|  Last night I had this unusual dream that had a few different sequences but they seemed to fit together somehow.
My dream started out with me kissing (more like making out intensely) with an unknown man. I could only see his backside. He was beautiful from the back though. Blond wavy hair pulled back into a neat ponytail, strong build but not too muscular, and was about 5' 10". Though when he turned around I couldn't see his face. We were kissing in what looked like a small apartment. There were other people behind us. A mix of men and women. Young looking. Not rowdy. Everything was bright and colorful. Well lit. Then he disappeared and I was suddenly in another place.
I was standing on a very big hill. No trail. No trees. Just these beautiful brilliant green hills. I was climbing up this hill with my best friend of 21 years and her family. Her dad was using this huge piece of equipment to create trails behind us as we climbed. I felt like I was standing still despite the fact that the ground below seemed to be getting further and further behind us. The sky was this fantastic bright shade of blue. I couldn't see any clouds and I remember feeling like I was squinting because the sun was so bright above us. There was also this adorable dog that was following along side me up the hill. A beautiful golden retriever. Then the scene in my dream changed again.
The next scene I remember was just plain weird. I was standing in an office in front of a counter. It kind of looked like an office at a college. Financial aid or something close to that. It was small but somehow spacious. And there was only a woman behind the desk. She kept handing me money. It wasn't my money but she was entrusting me with it. Smiling this friendly smile the whole time. There was hundred of thousands of dollars of other peoples money she kept handing me. Before the scene switched again I placed the money into bundles and wrapped them in brown paper and placed them under a cupboard. Then the scene switched again.
The next scene was me standing alone on a hill looking out over this bright green field. I was staring at hundreds of bright colorful balloons. Reds, blues, yellows, oranges, etc. All different shapes too. Hearts, round, square, etc. different sizes also. Large, small, medium. The balloons were being released into the blue sky. The grass in the field was this amazing shade of turquoise green.
Then the scene changed again. The guy from the beginning of the dream enters again. This time we're in an auditorium surrounded by about 50 young people. College age it looked like. The young women in this part of the dream out number the men. There's lots of chatting and cheering. It seems like I'm looking at them from a far. The mans eyes are on me but the crowd doesn't pay any attention to me. Even though I can't see his face I feel some kind of heat radiating from him. Not an angry heat but a calm, happy warm heat. As though he's smiling. This time though the colors are different. Darker. Lots of dark greens, blacks, browns. Then the scene turns one last time.
The final scene was me, my mom, and my brother sitting in a grocery store. It's cold where we sit and there are freezer cases off to the left of us. There's a thick frost covering the doors so I can't see whats inside of them. There's a long row of them that seems to disappear into a darkness and blur. On the right hand side there are lots of bright colors. Yellows, oranges, pinks, purples, reds, and blues. It kind of looks like the floral department. But it's more blurry than the other scenes colors. There's no talking between me and my family. When I look at them I can feel their anger and sadness. It doesn't feel directed at me though. We're sitting on these crates that tilt and are bowing in the middle. I am looking down at one point. The floor is this brilliant white. Gleaming at me. When I look back up my mom and brother have disappeared. I'm now sitting at a picnic table staring at nothing. There's this empty, dark space where the colors used to be and then I woke up.
Throughout the dream I remember feeling calm and happy. Up til my family made an appearance at the end the dream was kind of nice. Everything felt so vivid and real.
I haven't remembered a dream in a very, very long time. And I don't remember ever having a dream like this before. I wrote it down as soon as I woke up so that I could remember it. But I'm curious as to what it means if anything at all. Any help anyone can give will be much appreciated.
