By Pseudopal Aries Swiming With The Dead (Water Death Dream) I dreamt I was coming down the mountain from a hiking trip. There were only a few of us left, something bad had happened. mood was somber, we had swim the river down. The river emptied into a small pond with a dock. Above the dock was a parking lot, on the other side was a diner/in with warm light and our friends and family waiting for us inside- you could hear the laughter and excitement of our awaited return. One of the girls in our party started screaming, there were dead bodies floating from the river into the pond. My thought was "get out and go to family, but who will care for the dead? someone has to get them out of here, someone has to let someone know, they have families too. Do I leave to pond to the warmth and comfort of my family and leave them, or do I pull them all out of the water for their families? More, and more continute to float down stream into the pond, it's filling quickly with the dead. I am not affraid, my heart feels for them and says to help them, my mind says to get out of the water, I belong with my family. I do what I can to get them out, knowing I should get out of the water to my family, but they keep coming, more and more, can I really "save" them all?
