By NotForSale Sagittarius The Sentinels (Being Chased Dream) I started at my house, it was a dark night. I walked down the road and saw something in the distance, so I turned into a apartment complex. I saw my principal (this was in Elementary school) and his assistant in a hole in the ground and went to them. We hid there and they told me not to make a sound. We saw these huge mechanical beasts walk down the road, they looked like sentinels from The Matrix, but they were walking on their tentacles. After they left, I ran out of there and went to an apartment where my friend was, and he gave me a rifle. We camped out there, and we turned all the lights out, so we could be hidden. As one sentinel approached, my friend's dad suddenly turned on his light and his TV to the maximum volume, and I ran down (I was on the top floor on lookout, they lived on the floor below) and told him to turn it off. He said it didn't matter. He was watching football. I ran out of the house just as the sentinel approached, and I barely made it out of the building when it blew up. I ran into a warehouse-like building, away from the sentinel. There was a rave inside, and I was walking around, then I notice the sentinels were taking people from the rave onto conveyor belts near the roof. A sentinel picked me up and put me up there and they started acting like they were keeping me from escaping. I reached the end and fell into a room that was empty. I looked in front of me and saw a giant sentinel that started talking to me. We talked and it told me why they were doing these things. It told me it would give me a chance to save the others if I could kill it. I was fighting it, and it kept dropping parts of the room into an abyss as I ran around trying to kill it. I woke up as I was jumping onto it and the last part of the room started falling.
