Dreams can provide insight into our deepest thoughts. Using dream interpretation to explore dream symbols and uncover a dream's meaning can lead to a better understanding of ourselves.
well, first of all, i'm not sure if the first part was two dreams in two nights, two dreams in one night or one dream. but the first dream/first part of the first dream was my sister, father and i walking around an amusement park. it was a normal situation; my mother wasn't there - she's not the outdoorsy/walking type - and my dad wasn't so eager, but he wasn't upset or anything - he just can't do as many rides, as he's gotten older. since i've been on my first roller coaster, i've loved them. i'm the type of person who can do one right after the other for hours. so i was SO excited to get on the biggest one there. (now, these dreams were a while ago - i know, i should have posted them right away, sorry - so i'm not absolutely positive about them) i'm pretty sure i wanted my sister to go on it with me and she either didn't want to go or it was just broken down. and that was the end of the dream / part of the dream. the next part (once again, it could have been a different day...i don't know for sure) was on a higher ground, like the top of the roller coaster before you're about to go on. it was oddly familiar, but altered. and i was just excited! i had the butterflies in my stomach, i was ready to get on the ride, i was so pumped! i think my sister and dad were up there too. and that was the end of that. i'm not positive if that was the end though; but if there was something after that, it probably wasn't so important, if i can't remember, right? this part i'm sure was a second dream on a different night. my dad and i (i don't think my sister was there, but she could have been) were walking on this boardwalk. it was the kind of thing where i didn't see him, but i knew he was there. it was also very familiar, but as we got further down, it altered. there were a lot of games with stuffed animals and small little things to play to win stupid little toys. then it got quite familiar, again, but we were somewhere else. it started to look a bit like a Polish festival my family used to go to, which also contained carnival games and toys to win. i don't quite remember what happened after that.
*POSSIBLY IMPORTANT INFO* i don't know if these mean anything, but if you need to fit them into a story/metaphor about my life, here you go:
i am almost 15; i am a pre-op male-to-female transgender (which basically means i'm still a boy who hasn't done anything yet, but has plans to, in the near future, become a woman);
i love roller coasters/not afraid of them; i don't have a great relationship with both of my parents, but my mother is just slightly closer to me; i have an good relationship with my sister, who is 16, and i, last year, at the time of the dream, was 14 1/2; i have a very, very small fear of heights (but i don't think i was afraid in the dream, so this might not matter); i absolutely love the beach/Wildwood, NJ/the boardwalk, they're so relaxing/soothing/calming to me and they bring great childhood memories and happy feelings/thoughts, but i don't particularly like those little games.
THANK YOU SO MUCH.
