I was working for a con man, and sold a hospital to a bum loser. I started to get worried and wanted to over throw him, and get the deed back. I didn't tell anyone about my plan except this secretary who when I told her laughed and told me okay I'll help. I stumbled onto a heroine ring then I panicked and ran away. They seen me running and chased after at which point they injected me with something, and I guess I died cuz I woke up immediately after that.

All of the characters in this dream are parts of yourself. This is a very significant dream with a lot of clarity. It shows that you are capable of looking at yourself with eyes wide open.

"getting the deed back" refers to ownership of yourself.

We all have masculine and feminine energies that we bring into balance throughout our life.

The secretary in your dream represents your feminine energies that came to your aid in your quest to regain control of your principles.

The ring shows that you and your "secretary" were successful. And your demise at the end of the dream confirms that the internal energies have shifted. You are awake!

If you wish to maintain the headway you made in this dream, you are going to have to stay alert to your decisions in the near future. It would be easy to backslide.
