I woke up in the night to find my TV set and old stand the opposite way around against the wall where they normally sit at the end of my bed. I also saw a chest of drawers in the centre of the room between the end of the bed and the TV set. (I do not own this furniture). The drawers to this chest were all opened and items were hanging out with things still swinging as if it had just been disturbed. I considered myself awake at this time and so was terrified thinking that a poltergeist or some such being had been into my home. I lay under the blankets screaming into the room for what ever it was to get out, and then sharply awoke. I woke up petrified and stiff but fell swiftly back to sleep only to return to the same nightmare. Once asleep again I woke up to find the room in the same disorder as I had found it previously and found myself both frightened but angry. I stood on my bed and held the lightbulb but dangles above it. I removed the lightbulb and smashed it onto the floor, again screaming for whatever being it was to get out of my house. Again I started myself awake. At this point I sat up, put the lights and TV on and fell asleep again without returning to the horror, but was woken up again an hour later by violent thunderstorms? The details of this dream are unique, but any nightmare that I have revolve around something being slightly moved around in my room when I believe myself to be awake, and I always return to these dreams at least once in the same night. HELP! It's making me scared to sleep!
