I do not think much of this dream in terms of its perhaps hidden meaning, but nevertheless, I do feel rather uneasy when thinking about it.
I discovered a sore on my stomach, but with no real pain coming from it I didn't think much of it at first. The sore grew, as did the pain, and a couple more formed around the first one. I went for a medical checkup, and it seemed that I had a rare disease and my organs were failing at a rapid pace, and if it continued at this rate, I would die the next day.
I went to visit a very special friend of mine, thinking that I would like the thought of her having a rather happy last moment with me, and we just had a good time together (Not telling her my situation). My parents knew what was going on with me, and throughout my dream my mother wouldn't stop crying.. I went to my aunt with my mother, also saying my last goodbyes.
Before I went to bed that night, I decided to write a message on facebook giving all my gratitude to the people close to me, and just thanking each and every one for their participation in the wonderful life I had.
I woke up, thinking I was still dreaming and that it was simply the following day, the one on which I was destined to die. Just lying there, depressed, I noticed that the pain I felt in my stomach disappeared and that it was just a dream.
I continued lying there for a few moments, thinking of what hidden meanings might this dream I had might hold. I am a dreamer, and dreaming has formed a great part of how I live and how my life turned out. Though I know dreams are just dreams, I cant help to think that some hold more meaning than we might think.

If this were my dream, this is where I would go with it:
"sore on my stomach" = a grievance, something that is troubling me.
Death in a dream represents letting go of an aspect of personality that is no longer needed.
Getting in touch with my "gratitude" put an end to the ailment.
