By Spitbak Pisces A DESOLATE PLACE (Demons Dream) It's hot...the sky is a dark red hazy shade with black clouds hovering over.Streaking the sky.There's no one to be seen though I hear faint voices murmuring in the background somewhere.Sometimes I think I hear screaming but when I stop to listen,there's nothing but a light wind breathing in my ears.Ahead I see shadowed outlines of buildings and they are too far to see if any life occupies what seem to be shells of the former collosal structures.The ground beneath feels as if there was grvel but the gravel somehow turned to coal and ash.It was also hot since I felt a burning sensation on my toes through my boots.Like I was walking through hot coals.I would look to the right of me to see broken railroad tracks that led nowhere.There were these multi-coloured centipedes,red,yellow and orange,crawling everywhere and I would avoid them any chance I could but they seemed impossible to escape.They didn't bother me though.I had a feeling of impending doom.Like something was out to get me but I didn't know what it was.I black out.Now I'm in a totally messed up office building,ground level,busted windows and now there's people scrambling,ducking and yelling at me to look out.bullets are zinging by,tapping off steel and chewing through wooden desks.I see a rifle on the floor and run to grab it.Just as I bend down to pick it up,I wake up.Go figure. If you weren't walking in the darkness and enjoying the playground there you would not have dreams like this.
