So Terrifying I Woke Up Crying (Former Lover Dream)

so, i had this dream about my ex girlfriend. before i tell you the dream i should say that me and her broke up because she only ever thought i was going to intentionally hurt her first chance i got, so i decided it had to stop. i had to prove her i'd hurt her to make my point on how i wasnt out to hurt her..so that broke my heart, in real life she was so angry and violent towards me, and now all the friends i used to have turned on me because they choose her side and say that i used her etc, which kills me. so now the dream: i dreamt i was at a concert/party by myself to distract myself from my sad mood. and who shows up? my best friend who's also friends with Shelle *ex gf* i tell my best friend i'm going to a convention with a guy friend instead of her like usually, because Shelle is going with her *which is true in real life, and i hate it* after i told her that i was going with a random friend, she got SO hysterically angry that she started ridculing me in horrible ways *throwing glitter in my face and confetti, shoving me in a very belittling way* and so i fealt terrible beyond words as my best friend turned on me and i lost my gf and all my former friends. then Shelle showed up, and starting screaming in my face that i had upset my best friend, like i had no right to talk to my best friend in the first place..like she wasnt my friend. then she had this HUUUGE bulky violent man drag me out of the party by my feet. i screamed to make him let go, in terror i just screamed and cried as i got bruised up. everybody just looked at me with pity, and did nothing at all. last thing i remember i was being dragged violently out of the doorway away from the crowd, i got extremely terrified, fearing for my life. i woke up like that, crying/sobbing, still feeling the fear

i cant figure out what it means. D: could anybody help me? thanks a bunch guys :) <3
