The Girl In My Kitchen | Ghosts Dream Interpretations

Well this is the first time i ever had a dream like this. So here i go......But before i start, i would like to point out i sleep in the living room in a recliner, i don't enjoy sleeping in the bedroom. So here we really go:
*Basically in my dream i was sleeping in a different recliner on the other side of the room. And i look into my kitchen right across the way, and there is a woman in a white nightgown, and black hair, and she has a very distorted, blank expression on her face. Then when i see her i become very scared, and just sit there. The next thing i know is she is halfway across the room, the quickly comes right to my face, just staring at me, and she wouldn't quit.
*That's when i woke up, and i got really freaked out, her face was so horrifying, it made me want to cry. I put on a little tv to help me get back to sleep, i watched something happy, then fell back to sleep. Then the dream repeated itself multiple times, and i just kept waking up.
*I slept really well besides those incidents during the night, but i can still see her face, I'm scared to go in my kitchen at night, i fear she will actually show up.
*But overall, yes i am scared, but I'm more interested to find out what it all means.......if anyone can find out the reason, let me know ASAP! Its only a matter of time before i could possibly dream that again.
Sometimes, if you were frightened by a ghost or if it spoke to you, it may possibly be a warning that some pressure will be put on you to join in a scheme or activity which is against your principles. Try to resist the temptation with all the strength you can muster.
