Dreams can provide insight into our deepest thoughts. Using dream interpretation to explore dream symbols and uncover a dream's meaning can lead to a better understanding of ourselves.
I'm a bit of a freak and have what I believe to be dreams from Christ frequently. I'm stumped with this one because I have another friend with my same blessing/problem (many are really scary), and he had the same dream and spoke to me about it without knowing I had it, so thats confirmation enough for me. (I didn't really need it.)
I have dreamt about the apocalypse since I was six years old. I could tell a million, but I'll start with this:
It was night. It was a quarter moon. No snow on the ground. Summer. With my mother and sister. Talking. A huge cracking noise, ear splittingly loud. The moon proceeded to fall much closer to earth and grow larger. We watched it drop significantly, and then I looked at my family and said, "YES!!!" I was really excited. Then I said. "This means Jesus is coming back!"
I woke up. Went back to sleep. Then had this one:
Was carrying a bow and arrow/guns. Walking everywhere- no driving. I was walking to my best friends house at night. I looked up and saw a HUGE full moon. Then a voice said "this is an explanation of the first dream." Then the moon looked pink. It was beautiful in a strange way. And then it split into two full moons, followed by four. Then it zoomed up on one of them and showed me a lot of information on maps of each continent and new regions belonging to which countries (There were only three or four and they were color coated), where the water supplies were (?), and which places would have electricity. It showed me maps of everything and other information as well but it was moving so fast thats all I could remember for sure. I also remember that the new boundaries overruled the original boundaries of the countries.
I woke up and wrote it all down.
I had about a zillion more, and several where the stars are falling down. Also one where a meteor crashed into San Fransisco right on the coast (which is weird because I've never been to San Fransisco in my life). Literally theres several more but these are the ones that are most puzzling to me. My friends four full moons dream was the same except for the maps and everything, and two of the moons faded off into the distance.
If anyone knows anything about this or feels led to give me an honest interpretation I would really appreciate it, because it's really been a difficult one to forget, and I feel strange every time I see a full moon.
