My Pregnant Friend (Pregnant Dream)

ok it was me and my 2 friends one of them was pregnant( she had her baby over a month ago ) and we all were leaving a house really fast dony know whos house or why but we go to get in to my green honda ( i wrecked it over 3 months ago and totaled it this really happend ) and my friend that was pregnant got in to the back and didnt shut her door and we take of when i was leaving hit something dont know what it was and m car just strated to spinn in circles (just like in my real wreck) and my pregnnant friend fell out on her back and the car keep spinnin and i was scream fo her when my car came to a stop i get out and run to her and her mom is there out of no were and im crying and im like sorry im didnt know her door was open and that kind of stuff well no one got hurt and my friend stands up and her belly just falls off her like mealted butter and i pick it up and u could see right through it just like you can the clear gel and the baby looked really wired like itr was not full term and ii just keep saying look at her she looks wired.(this dream hasscaried me really bad and i cant stop thinking about it plaese help me
