FIVE Microwaves | Relationships Dream Interpretations

FIVE Microwaves (Relationships Dream) I don't know how to make any sense of this dream. My family had just moved into this downtown apartment, the highlight of which was getting a "hip" new kitchen. Along with the kitchen there were FIVE microwaves. I was really excited. Karel Oliveras (she pops up in my dreams a lot) came over, too, and decided that she should help me learn how to cook. So, I made some strange concoction with carrots, chocolate, and I don't even know what else. The dream then switched to a double cast party for what I think was the first production of King Lear with Shakespeare's Circle, and the second of which was the reprise. The first one was just me, Maria, and Carey. The second was ariana, gabby, alice, et al. Shakespeare's Circle decided to watch 'Pride and Prejudice' with Keira Knightley for their party; we decided to sit on the floor and stare at the ceiling. The final part of the dream, I ran away from the party. I rode my bike as fast as possible, and ended up at the house of one of my mom's best friends, Bette. I saw her husband, Brian, taking down the christmas tree through the front window, and must have decided that this gave me permission to go into their house. Needless to say, it was very awkward. A downpour started outside, so I was stuck there until my dad came to pick me up. I can piece things together--Sarah Katz called me the same day to ask for advice about talking to Anne DiPrima about the "explosion" that still is upsetting her; Carey is having her version of the 'Lear' cast party on Friday; and, I was with Sophie Rogers the same night I had this dream, which explains the huge shifts in places. Sophie's brain always has those huge shifts, most of which I don't understand.
