By liquoricelady Fireworks (Relationships Dream) About a week ago, I dreamt I was watching a fireworks display with my first love. I haven't seen him for quite a while (briefly at xmas) and it's been years since we've been close. I have always felt he is my soulmate though. We were in a small back yard with a high red brick wall that had been painted off-white and we were stood on grass (sorry, should explain at this point that my dreams are very vivid and usually not set in the present day!) We were both wearing 30s/40s? style wool coats and whilst there were other people generally mingling around, we were stood on our own. The fireworks were somewhere nearby but we weren't actually AT a display. At one point, we went out through a wooden back gate, into an alleyway and around to the front of the "house" that the yard belonged to and it became apparant that it was actually a shop. I didn't see what kind, but I felt like this was a normal place for us to be. We were about to go in through the front door when I woke.
