Riding The Rhino... | Spiders Dream Interpretations
Dreams can provide insight into our deepest thoughts. Using dream interpretation to explore dream symbols and uncover a dream's meaning can lead to a better understanding of ourselves.
My dream started off in a cave of sorts with dirt walls. There were two spiders eating smaller spiders and growing bigger with each spider they ate. They were about half my size and I had no fear of them in my dream. As I made my way out of the cave, I eventually came outside to blue (almost gray like before a rain) skies and green grass. My son (who is 7) was riding a baby gray/black rhino. They were like best friends. The rhino was very protective over my son like a pet dog and my son was laughing as he was riding the rhino. The rhino grew up as my son was riding him and my son feel off because he could no longer hold onto the rhino because it was so big. The rhino was very upset and looked like it would cry and was checking to see if my son was hurt. My son has no mental handicaps (unless you consider adhd to be a handicap, but in my dream he seemed mentally incompetent when I looked at him when he fell off. Suddenly I was riding the rhino, but the rhino was now legless, it was sort of like one of those toy riding machines. I came to a river and got off because I saw my son in the river and I went to get him, although he was not drowning. There was an offshoot to the river, sort of like a dam and my son disappeared under the water. I went to the edge of the offshoot to see if I could see him because it was sort of like a waterfall. I didn't see him so I went under water where I was able to breathe like it was air. Suddenly I was in this underwater open cave like house. There was my son and another child and a man. When I looked to the wall there was a spider on a web in-between two post. It hissed like the giant bugs in sci-fi movies make noice and it was about 1/4 my size, and I was not afraid of it. Then I woke up.
