|  well, this one is really strange because of how vivid it is, thus it has remained with me for some time.
In it, I'm behind the throttle of an old 1910 Steam Locomotive. The locomotive itself I am familiar with as it was one that I work on at a local Railroad Museum. Its Number was #750. Sitting on the other side of the cab was Lady, from lady and the Tramp (Why, I don't know, but she was there)
I was behind the throttle of 750 and we where moving at speed, lots of speed. The world around the cab seemed to fly by like some oil painting, the colors muted yet I could pick out all these little details. Such as that the track was embedded in a cobblestone street. And alongside the streets where these large brick and stone gothic like buildings, with spires and large steep roofs. Kida like cathedrals. There was these iron fences and they all had fanciful shapes in them.
There where these Shadow people, that I kept running into. Theory where all walking down the streets towards the center of this "city" and I would blow the steam whistle to get them to move off the tracks.
I remember that Lady was walking up and down the cab floor, just kinda pacing, her long ears dancing in the wind. I dunno why I remember that, but I just remember the look of worry on her face and her long cocker spaniel like ears.
Then I went around this bend and the tracks left the cobblestone streets and went into a tunnel embedded in this giant brick wall. Threw the tunnel we shot and onto this long bridge. But its wasn't a bridge like a normal concrete or road or railroad bridge. It was all metal and composed of these gothic supporting struts that held it in big arches. below was I guess was the center of this city, it was a large circular field, or I think it was a field, I don't know for sure. But it was filled with these shadow people.
I don't remember how or why, but I then saw that 750 was stopped right on the edge of this large desert. The sky above it was kinda sunrise/setish red. It was just covered with sand dunes. The tracks stretched on to the horizon where there was this big yellow reddish ball, but it wasn't the sun.
I remember standing in front of the 750 and looking down the tracks. They just went on and on....
