Spirituality is how we find fulfillment, enlightenment, and meaning in our tiny, futile little lives.
Religion is the most popular - but not, in my opinion, the best - form of spirituality.

Nothing wrong with religion, anthropology and psychology both show how people frequently need the comfort in ritual and the sense of community that religion provides.... I guess it's a way to show others how you feel... showing others...

One is inward and the other is outward.  as simple as that.
