its true I have worked at a newspaper for 23 years and I can sit and open a book and sigh it smells so good. I can sit with a newspaper at my nose for minutes and it does calm me. I wish I knew why.

Sometimes I just take a book and sniff it for several minutes before I start reading. Somehow, the smell soothes me.
