It's taken me years to recover from my batte with anorexia. It wasnt through wanting to lose weight or because i don't like food. I just generally had an issue with eating..like i couldnt be bothered to do it, or i'd put myself off...

It's been around four years now, and I've done really well.
In middle and high school I struggled with anorexia nervosa, which went undiagnosed and essentially untreated because of my parents' aversion to psychological treatments...

today it feels like i just cannot make myself eat...  just want teh world to go away.  why does this feel so good? 

i have finally accepted that there will always be a part of me that wants to starve myself.  that being said, i now know the warning signs and can combat them.  now i am healthy and whole.
