All I had to do was google "sociopath."  

May appear charming, witty and friendly.
These are superficial and are oftern used to blind a person to fitting into the sociopath's agenda.

Include visible aggression and inability to hold a steady job.
They find it hard to hold on to steady relationships.
Shows lack of regret for his/her actions.
Disregard for sexual/physical well beings of others.
 

Main characteristic is the disregard for the rights of others.

A sociopath is some one with an antipersonality disorder.
