That's a tough one. I am gonna include small towns and villages in my answer, as I am not much for big cities.  OK.  1.  Norfolk Island; 2.  Villarceaux, France; 3. Mt St Michel, France; 4. Beverly Beach, Florida.

London - Close to home, busy, good shopping, always stuff to do and a great night life.

Newcastle - Incredible nightlife

Brighton - Seaside, good nightlife

Cambridge - Obvious reasons

3 - Barcelona - never seen anything quite so beautiful
