I Admire Firefighters

Personal Stories, Advice, and Support 902 People

    Absolutely!

Well, of course, growing up as a child, every child admires their occupational hero, firefighters, soldiers, policemen, sometimes even doctors, but alot of times (I think) this old love of these people dies or fades as one gets older and life's more "important" issues...

I Once Had A Small Moment In My Brain Where I Wanted To Be One

I definitely support firefighters. Anyone who has the guts to jump into a burning building engulfed in flames that might collapse on top of you is to me someone that should always be honored. I once had a thought of being one, but I know deep down I don't think I could go...

    I admire firefighters.

Anyone who is willing to risk their lives on a day to day basis just by going to work is a hero in my mind. Someone who is willing to run into a burning building to help someone's family is courageous in my opinion.
