    I adore intelligent people,

but firmly believe there are different forms of intelligence. No one type is superior to another, just different. It's amazing how mind works in different people.

    I hope you'll understand

when I say that IQ's don't impress me. I want a smart man, who can talk about anything. Who's intelligence and craving for knowledge has no limitations. I remember the first time I was disappointed in meeting someone's idol. "He's the smartest man I know" but the more I...

Not the book smart type of intelligence. I could care less whether you've gone to college or how much money you make because of it. I like intelligent conversations that make me think even hours after it's ended.

I'm tired of conversations with no meaning.

Let's talk about aliens, global warming, evolution, space, God, disease, mental illness, and so on. All the taboos nobody wants to talk about at the dinner table are exactly what needs to be talked about. Nobody gives a damn if a bird crapped on your car this morning, let's have...

    Intelligence is an amazing trait,

however it's something that many people have but sadly few people choose to use. In the technological age we are in you would think that being regarded as intellectual would be something of a compliment. The advances that have been made are vast, yet the playground bullying of...

Intelligence isn’t just about how many levels

of math courses you’ve taken, how fast you can solve an algorithm, or how many vocabulary words you know that are over 6 characters. It’s about being able to approach a new problem, recognize its important components, and solve it—then take that knowledge gained and put it...

One thing that i would never understand,

jocks always literally beat the c**p out of geeks and nerds. I always say to the them "Without Steve Jobs you wouldn't be able to d**k pic you girlfriend or look up what 2+2 is" as someone with a very high intelligence, it makes me so confused.

I never realized how much of a turn on

that is for me. I'm not talking about shoving knowledge down your throat, but just having experience in life and basic knowledge can get you almost anywhere. Just a nice, real conversation that doesn't have anything to do about: "how big are your boobs" or "I just ate a twinkie...
