Words Of ''Brave Buffalo''...Teton Sioux Medicine Man

I have noticed in my life that all men have a liking for some special animal, tree, plant, or spot of earth. If men would pay more attention to these preferences and seek what is best in order to make themselves worthy of that toward which they are so attracted, they might have...

    The Great Spirit

Like native Australians native Americans show great respect for Mother Earth. They take only what they need. They thank the Earth for her bounty.

    Red Cloud...Oglala Sioux Chief

I hope the Great Heavenly Father, who will look down upon us, will give all the Tribes His blessing, that we may go forth in peace, and live in peace all our days, and that He will look down upon our children and finally lift us far above this earth. And that our Heavenly Father...

    I Admire Native Americans

I think Native Americans are incredible and I feel I can relate to them a bit. My pagan beliefs are similar to theirs, especially with regards to honoring and revering the earth and all in it, not just humans. I'm bisexual and I know most Native American tribes honored...

I believe the Natives had it all under control.

They lived well, got along with animals and barely had interruptions. I think the world was better off with tribes of wilderness, there was barely any wars as well. Here, someone is murdered everyday, we kill for fun.

    What Do You Admire Most?

Savages that become conditioned, becoming the perfect citizens? Or savages that pretend to be conditioned but deep down there is still a rebellious spirit? The savage who got overwhelmed by the promises of the world accepting a sweet sleep? Or the savage that kept fighting...

Let Me Be A Free Man

“Let me be a free man, free to travel, free to stop, free to work, free to trade where I choose, free to choose my own teachers, free to follow the religion of my fathers, free to talk, think, and act for myself--and I will obey every law or submit to the penalty.” Chief...

I love the native American Indians,

they are the spirit of America, and a beautiful people, who deserve greatness. They have been living forgiving and honest even though they have been utterly raped of their land, it makes me angry that people have allowed this to happen to them especially! And do not even think...

I wish I was full blooded Cherokee,

rather than just partially. Or any native tribe. My European ancestors caused so much death and destruction that I'm ashamed to be "white". I don't believe in European ideals, I don't take pride in my European ancestors. I'm somewhat lost because I'm not full blooded Cherokee so...

    Words Of Geronimo..Chiricahua Apache Chief

When I was a child my mother taught me the legends of our people, taught me of the sun and sky, the moon and stars, the clouds and storms. She also taught me how to kneel and pray to the Great Spirit for strength, wisdom, health and protection. We never prayed against any person...

    I Lived Happily
