    Yes this is just one of the many jobs I have in

    my house. I am not all that great at it but mostly because I don't have the time or patience to stand in front of the counter and stove cooking. Once in a while I don't mind but otherwise I usually like to keep it fairly simple.

    I have a question, well a few.

    I am 19 and a sous chef formerly was a pastry chef and a line cook it started baking in a coffee shop when I was 16. Somewhere else offered me a job as sous chef just down the block. The money is a little better but would this slow my progress to become a head chef?
