    I'm Finally Admitting It

When it comes to my well-being, I know that I'm basically a of a bit lazy lounger at heart. I'm always finding excuses for not wanting to exercise. It's just so much easier to reach for the remote - and the take-away menu. It's a bit of a vicious cycle to be the Couch Potato...

I'm A Couch Potato And Proud Of It

    Sleep, Wake, Waddle, sit,

waddle, sit, eat, repeat Tonight I am reflecting on my day. Today I stayed put in bed except for thrice. I am really out of it. And even when I'm 'active' my life consists of waddling from one place where I was sitting to a place where I can sit.

When I get the chance I love to sit on the couch

and veg. If I have a few days off without kids and hubby. I always think this is a great time for me to get so much accomplished. And, then I get comfy on the couch and veg for days. Thought I was depressed at first but I've realized this is exactly what I want to do with my...

    I'm a chair potato myself,

computer edition :) I'm not fat, but I have few extra pounds i guess. And my big beautiful wife is a cough potato too. She can sit on sofa 99% of day - knitting, snacking and reading news or surfing the net.

Why should I have to bother with the outside

world when I can just be online or watch TV all day? The virtual world is much more interesting than the real world IMO. Plus, you actually have to exert yourself in the real world!
