And this is where my heart lies.

Open spaces. Privacy...well sort of except everyone in small towns know your business...but still quiet spaces. Stars as far as the eye can see in the dark of night. Peaceful and alone. Love it.

    I love country music

so much I wanted to buy a pair of cowgirl boots but I'm from NYC, I would look stupid because New Yorkers don't wear cowboy boots or hats. I'm just going to buy a pair anyway and hold on to them till I go on vacation to the country side.

Growing up we moved from big city to big city and that was life. I never thought I would be happy in the country. It was so far and nothing was there! Now after almost 20 years of living in the country I wouldn't trade it for the world. My kids are free to roam. They play outside...

    Country Life For Me

I was born in the country and we lived on a large moor. My grandmother would push me over the moor for miles and point out the wild horses that are still there now. I lived in London for a few years but was not happy there. Now I live back in the country and love ...

Its so nice to be back to

where my smile is readily returned by strangers. Where I can gaze at the stars for an hour and not see a single person. And that fresh country air that sometimes city peeps think is stinky...I just don't mind it. lol

    Dreams Are Made Of This...

I love open spaces, rolling hills, majestic oaks, horses and cattle grazing in their pastures and bird song. But more than anything I love the peace and quiet I feel when I'm in the country. It's a peace I can find only when I'm there. I like the pace of country life and the...

I am very much a country girl today.

It stems up from living on a ranch when I was a child. I love riding horses very much. My husband, children, and I live in the country now and the kids love it too our here in the open spaces. We have a pool and pool parties often for the kids.
